SISTA is happy to share its deep knowledge in scientific, sustainable and profitable aquaculture/shrimp farming protocol, SISTA360 Protocol, for the benefit of farmers in the form of SISTA Farm Management Services (FMS). Click on SISTA360 Protocol to know more about it. Sustained and diligent following of SISTA360 Protocol for multiple crop cycles has the potential to significantly improve farm/pond health and harvest output. Coupled with SISTA B2B Platform, SISTA360 Protocol can potentially improve farmer profitability by 15-20% (conditions apply).
SISTA360 Protocol is implemented by converting the farm in to SISTA Farm and providing SISTA Farm Management Services. Click on Benefits of Converting Your Farm as SISTA Farm to know more about it.

Types of SISTA Farm Management Services
How SISTA360 Protocol is implemented?
SISTA360 Protocol is implemented through SISTA Farm Management Services (FMS). The services under FMS includes advisory support for pond preparation, crop planning, SISTA360 Protocol management, SISTA formulations, harvest support, etc. Depending on the type of SISTA Farm the famer chooses (i.e., Assisted Farm or Managed Farm), the bouquet of services differ. A pre-determined nominal fee as a percentage of the harvest value, payable at the time of each harvest, will be charged from the farmer for FMS. This apart, there could be other costs (indicated below). Below support systems are part of FMS.
i) Free remote-technical monitoring (For both Assisted Farm and Managed Farm)
This is a remote monitoring system wherein the SISTA experts will monitor the technical parameters of the farm/cropping and make advices for corrective actions so as to ensure that the appropriate SISTA360 Protocol, suitable for the ground condition of the farm is followed diligently.
ii) In-farm technical support (only for Managed Farm)
Unlike the conventional production practice which is more static and rigid, SISTA360 Protocols are extremely dynamic set of variety of strategies, procedures and processes which will be applied in accordance to the dynamic on-ground situations of the farm. Different set of SISTA360 Protocols are applicable depending on the geographical region of the growing area, type of farming (out-door, indoor, hybrid), type of farms (earthen, lined, enclosed, etc), etc. To support the farmer, full time field technician(s) will be deployed by SISTA in the farm. The SISTA appointed technician will support the farmer from pond preparation till harvesting. Depending on the size of the farm, the technician may be shared with other farmers or there could be more than 1 technician for a farmer. The cost of technician, as prescribed by SISTA, shall be borne by the farmer.
iii) SISTA FMS infrastructure (For both Assisted Farm and Managed Farm)
Effective implementation of SISTA360 Protocol involves constant monitoring of pond and animal health for which monitoring equipment like sensors, cameras, etc needs to be installed in the farm. According to the requirements of SISTA360 Protocol, depending on the equipment, the farmer has the option to either purchase or rent out these monitoring equipment from SISTA.
iv) Free lab and consultancy services (For both Assisted Farm and Managed Farm)
As part of the FMS, the farmer will be provided with free lab services by SISTA Labs and free consultancy services by SISTA experts.
