Registration

1. Customers shall provide SISTA360 with complete and updated personal information, which includes the customer’s legal name, address, mobile number and e-mail address.
2. Customer shall be responsible for updating his/her personal information so as to enable SISTA360 for accurate and timely processing of order/ information.
3. The site will prompt user to enter an e-mail address/ mobile number to allow a purchase summary to be sent to the given e-mail/ mobile number after any purchase has been made. User will also be asked to enter a set of password that is unique for the site.
4. The email address/ mobile number and password is to be used for subsequence log-in and it is the customer’s sole and unqualified responsibility to ensure that the email address/ mobile number and the password for the site are kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use.

Price of products and services

1. SISTA360 reserves all rights to change the price and any content of the website without any prior notice.
2. Services/Products or its size, quality, quality, specifications may vary from the description offered on-line due to the lead time between changes done by suppliers and updating of system.
3. Online bill and final bill may vary due to reasons such as out-of-stock, special offers, daily price changes, substitutions of nearest product and services that has price variation.
4. SISTA360 reserves the rights to adjust the final bill after the on-line bill/order price is presented or conveyed to the customer due to unforeseen circumstances and such adjustments shall be marked on the final bill presented to the customer

Changes in order of products and services

1. Orders can be cancelled/amended before the cut-off time. If cut-off time is over or cut-off time is not mentioned, the buyer may contact SIST360 over phone/ email. Subject to availability/ viability, the request may be accepted by SISTA360.
2. In case of delivery of additional items by way of amendment, the same shall will be delivered along with the prevailing order delivery or the next delivery.
3. Amendments and cancellations of orders will have cost/ price implications.

Refund terms

1. With respect to products transacted through SISTA360 Marketplace and SISTA360 Exchange, please refer the respective Return/Refund policies.
2. With respect to services of SISTA360, refund will be processed in case the order is cancelled before cut-off.
3. For refunds below ₹100, the amount will be given as discount coupon. In case of refund above ₹100, if the payment has already been made online, refund will be made either to the mode of payment done for the order – Cards, Coupons, Wallets or Net Banking or to your SISTA360 account/wallet.
4. In case of refund to be initiated by the supplier of products/services, necessary intimation will be shared with the supplier by SISTA360 and the refund will be processed directly by the supplier.
5. Customers shall normally receive their refunds from the payment gateway provider within in 2 to 5 working days depending on their mode of payment.
6. SISTA360 will not be responsible for any delay of refund payments from the respective bank of the customer as this is beyond our control. In such situation,  the customer shall directly contact their bank for availing the refund and SISTA360 will support the customer by providing all necessary information required by the customer’s bank.

Limitation of Liability

1. SISTA360 is an enabling platform which makes available the products and services of various parties.
2. SISTA360 shall not be liable, either directly or indirectly, to any injury, damage and/or loss which is of any nature including but not limited to physical, mental or financial, caused owing to engaging with SISTA360, availing any products or services through SISTA360 or sharing any data or information with SISTA360.

Intellectual Property

1. Any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, logos, concepts, branding or other artwork furnished shall at all times be the property of SISTA360 or belonging to the respective brand/product which is third party or otherwise. The same shall not be used by any one, unless and until a written permission has been obtained from the concerned authorities.

Variation of Terms and Conditions

1. SISTA360 reserves the right to amend / update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without any notice to the customer.
