Want to join the SISTA revolution? SISTA360 Protocol can be implemented by converting the farm in to SISTA Farm and by availing SISTA Farm Management Services. To start with you need to file application for SISTA360 Protocol. Any SILVER or GOLD farmer member can apply. Prior aqua farming experience is not mandatory. The farms can be owned or leased. The farmer can be individual, group of farmers, FPO, cooperative, corporate farm, etc. Application for SISTA Farm will be evaluated by SISTA. Only those applications which pass the criteria set by SISTA will be approved to be set-up or converted as SISTA Farm. Once approved and after applicable subscription fee is paid, the farmer membership will be upgraded to DIAMOND and will be provided with SISTA Farm Services.

Application cum Declaration

I wish to set-up a new SISTA Farm/ convert my existing farm in to a SISTA Farm. I understand that my application will be evaluated by SISTA and only if it passes the criteria set by SISTA will it be approved to be set-up or converted as SISTA Farm. I understand that due to high demand, I may be placed in an approved waitlist before implementation. Once started implementing, I understand that I’m obligated to follow SISTA360 Protocol diligently in all respect including but not limited to infrastructure of farm, practices followed, inputs & services used, etc as advised by SISTA without any deviation to get the best result/ output/ harvest. I also confirm that I will not be using any other product or services which are not advised by SISTA. I understand that any deviation or laxity in following the SISTA360 Protocol may not result in the desired output. I accept SISTA has the right to inspect/ audit my farms, practices and records anytime it wishes. I also understand that there can be factors which are beyond one’s control which might impact the result/ output/ harvest despite best efforts from SISTA and myself. I acknowledge that SISTA cannot be held responsible for the actual result/ output/ harvest. I accept that SISTA will have the first right of refusal to sell the harvest through SISTA Exchange. I accept that all products, services and consultation will be purchased/ availed from SISTA Mart, SISTA Services and SISTA Consult only. I accept to pay service charge as prescribed by SISTA. I also understand and accept that SISTA can apply further terms and conditions.
